Welcome to the first edition of QShan’s Power Rankings. I will have a continuous ranking of the top 16 schools in the country to reflect the top-four protected seeds in the NCAA Tournament. These rankings will reflect more of March Madness style ranking of season long resume, not like the AP-Poll. In other words, they will rely heavily upon resume throughout the season, not just how you are playing now.

As a result, for this first edition, these rankings aren’t necessarily a prediction of where I see these schools finishing in five months. Instead, these rankings reflect who I believe are the top 16 rosters in the country.

These rankings will be updated weekly. Last update: 10/29/25
